Itinerary

Day 1: DANANG – HOI AN
Pick-up at Danang International Airport or at hotel in Danang. Visit the open-air Cham Museum housing of the world’s best collection of Cham art. Make a short drive to the riverside town of Hoi An just south of Danang. En route, visit the Marble Mountains and stone carving village at Non Nuoc. Upon arrival in Hoi An, take a walking tour of this ancient trading port. Visit a traditional Chinese Communal House, a Hokkien Temple, ancient merchants’ houses, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, a silk making business and the colourful local market. Optional visit to a Chinese herbal medicine physician. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 2: HOI AN – MY SON – LANG CO (B)
In the morning, drive to My Son, visit to the extraordinary Cham ruins in a remote jungle valley. My Son was formerly the centre of the Cham Kingdom and has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Over 20 well-preserved monuments remain. In the afternoon, transfer to Lang Co resort , stopping along the way at Hai Van Pass to enjoy a spectacular view of the East Sea. Overnight in Lang Co Resort.

Day 3: LANG CO – BACH MA NATIONAL PARK – HUE (B)
Drive north from Lang Co to Bach Ma National Park. Stop near the summit of a small mountain; continue on foot along the remaining 3km to the summit. Enjoy a panoramic view and then continue hiking along a small trail to the Five Lakes area. In the afternoon, walk to the Do Quyen waterfalls before driving to Hue.
A relaxing “Health and Beauty” package is optional. Participants can enjoy 30 minutes of one of the following: shampoo and head massage; manicure; foot massage or facial massage.

Day 4: HUE (B)
Take a morning boat cruise through the centre of Hue on the romantic Perfume River. Visit the seven-storey Thien Mu Pagoda along the riverbank and then drive to the Imperial Citadel nearby. In the afternoon, visit the elaborate Khai Dinh and Tu Duc tombs. Stop en route to see how local residents make Vietnam’s famous conical hats and colourful incense. Overnight in Hue.

Day 5: HUE / Departure (B)
Departure day. At leisure until transfer to the airport for onward flight. Tour to end.
